Weird Ales 3: Last Orders, an inebriating anthology from Theresa Derwin and Lynne M. Cochrane, is now available in paperback. Besides luminaries such as Gav Thorpe, it also includes a nasty little story by me. “Tenebrae Dark” sees a corporate headhunter find more than he bargained for in his search for the secret of the eponymous drink.
It’s a fairly quick little story, and one I wrote almost a decade ago. What can I say – sometimes it takes a ridiculously long time to find the right market for a given work.
The audio version of Airship 27’s 2014 anthology, Occult Detectives, is now available as as audio book, courtesy of Radio Archives. Besides my contribution, it includes stories by Joel Jenkins, Jim Beard and Ron Fortier. (more…)
The Sheffield branch of the RSPCA does a lot of good work, and all of their funds are raised locally, through donations and charitable events. The centre costs around £2000 a day to run, and that ain’t small potatoes. Every little bit helps, folks. To those of you who’ve donated already – thanks, guys.
